About the Journal

Focus and Scope

IDEI: Jurnal Ekonomi & Bisnis aims to disseminate knowledge to academics, students, practitioners, and observers in the fields of Economics and Business Management.

The Editorial Board accepts research articles related to Economics and Business Management (Financial Management, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Production/Operations Management, Accounting, and Entrepreneurship).

IDEI: Jurnal Ekonomi & Bisnis is published twice a year (June and December).

 

Peer Review Process

IDEI: Jurnal Ekonomi & Bisnis implements a double-peer review process.

  • Every submitted manuscript will be reviewed for its writing style and topic coverage, ensuring it meets the guidelines.
  • If the topic does not meet the criteria, the manuscript will be rejected. If there are any errors in the writing, the editor will notify the author to revise and resubmit.
  • For manuscripts that pass the initial review, the editor will assign two reviewers who are experts in the research area of ​​the manuscript. This is a blind review.
  • For the first round of review, they are given one week to review.
  • If both reviewers recommend continuing, the editor will ask the author to revise their manuscript based on the reviewers' notes.
  • If one reviewer rejects the review, another reviewer will be assigned.
  • The author will have two weeks to make revisions and resubmit.
  • For the second round of review, the editor will reassign the same reviewers who provided the correction notes to review the revised manuscript for one week.
  • This is also a blind review.
    If the reviewers are still dissatisfied with the revisions, the editor will ask the author to revise again as requested.
  • Conversely, if all reviewers are satisfied and accept the revisions, the editor will proceed to the editing stage before publication.

Open Access Policy

IDEI: Jurnal Ekonomi & Bisnis (ISSN (Online): 2722-1008) is an open access journal, freely accessible and readable online.

IDEI: Jurnal Ekonomi & Bisnis charges a publication fee of Rp 850,000 for each manuscript/article deemed suitable for publication.

Effective starting with the December 2026 edition.
